Exercise:
The weather cooled down so I haven't walked as much as I needed too. I walked twice this week at 30 mins a pop.
Diet:
Did pretty well minus the weekend. I got myself back on track as of Monday.
Weekly weight loss:
I gained .2 lbs this week but I'm gonna call it a wash. My awesome first week made up for a crappy 2nd week.
Achievements:
Realizing my weaknesses and striving to be better at recognizing a problem before I crash!

My snack last night. Fat free sour cream (2 tsp) dry ranch (1 tsp) and 2 cups veggies. 90 calories!
